In a bit of a surprise (as least to local weathercasters), the precipitation suddenly turned to snow about 9pm Friday evening (28 November) and continued steadily, and at times fairly heavily, until a little after midnight. Our first measurable snowfall of the season brought us a little over 2" of the glorious white stuff!
