11th Snowfall of 2002-03 Season

I suppose this could be considered a continuation of the Tenth Snowfall since the time between was only a few hours. At any rate, the snow began falling lightly again on Sunday (Jan 5) afternoon and continued until nightfall. Total accumulation was about an inch, raising the snowdepth to 6 inches.

Today, however, was a snow killer kind of day… windy, warm (high of 47), and occasionally sunny. Much of our yard has no snow (since most of it has a slight slope facing southward); but there is still about 3 inches left in the shady areas.

Season snowfall: 21 to 22 inches.
