14th Snowfall of 2002-03 Season
On Saturday (the 18th), light snow developed in the afternoon and continued for several hours. It was quite windy (gusts up to 30mph) and very chilly (in the teens), so the ½ inch of dry powdery snow swirled downs the streets quite picturesquely.Season snowfall: 23 to 24 inches.
