Today's CoCoRaHS Reports for Indiana

CoCoRaHS is the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail, and Snow Network, a "unique, non-profit, community-based network of volunteers of all ages and backgrounds working together to measure and map precipitation (rain, hail and snow)." This volunteer network originated with the Colorado Climate Center at Colorado State University in 1998, largely in response to a devasting flood in Fort Collins the year before. Since then, CoCoRaHS has grown to thousands of volunteers representing every state.

Each volunteer is encouraged to submit daily reports between 6am and 9am local time. The maps below, showing today's reports in Allen County, IN, are from www.cocorahs.org/Maps/. Also available here are pages with maps for Allen County and the United States.
